Overview

The Home Renovations role supports residential improvement and restoration projects, helping transform spaces through careful preparation, skilled installation, and quality finishing. Work may span multiple trades and project stages, with tasks coordinated to keep renovations organized and deliver dependable results for homeowners and colleagues.

Duties

- Read blueprints and schematics, prepare work areas, and use hand and power tools safely for renovation tasks.
- Complete carpentry, drywall, cabinet installation, caulking, construction painting, and flooring or tile installation.
- Support concrete forming and finishing, masonry, plumbing, electrical, welding, and restoration work as project needs require.
- Assist with construction estimating and heavy equipment operation when appropriate to the assigned work.

Qualifications

Required:



Practical ability to use hand and power tools, follow blueprints or schematics, and complete assigned renovation work with care and attention to detail. Clear communication and coordination help maintain protected, organized job sites. Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with carpentry, drywall, concrete, cabinetry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, welding, flooring, tile, restoration, estimating, or heavy equipment operation. Pay: From $30.00 per hour
