Overview

The BOH Team Member supports daily kitchen operations through food preparation, cooking, and food service. This hands-on role helps keep meal preparation organized and contributes to a smooth, welcoming dining experience for customers.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and meals according to established recipes and kitchen procedures.
- Cook and assemble orders accurately, coordinating timing with the team during busy service periods.
- Follow food handling and food safety practices while keeping work areas, tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
- Support serving and other kitchen tasks as needed, communicating clearly with colleagues to keep service moving.

Required:



Practical food preparation, cooking, food handling, and food safety capabilities are important for completing kitchen duties carefully and supporting reliable service. Clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work cooperatively help maintain an organized kitchen and accurate orders. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, kitchen, or broader food industry experience is helpful, as is familiarity with meal preparation and serving in a team setting.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
