Our client is seeking a Controller to lead their financial operations.

This role is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and providing practical guidance that supports sound business decisions.

The successful candidate will bring robust leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage core accounting activities while contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.

Responsibilities: • Direct day-to-day accounting activities across the general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, and related financial processes. • Manage month-end and year-end close cycles to ensure records are finalized accurately and submitted within required deadlines. • Produce and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in alignment with applicable accounting standards and reporting obligations. • Oversee inventory accounting by supporting accurate valuation methods and regular count processes.



• Establish and maintain internal controls, financial procedures, and accounting policies that protect assets and support reliable reporting. • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting activities, and evaluate results against financial plans to identify variances and trends. • Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to leadership to assist with planning and operational decision-making. • Treasury responsibilities such as monitoring cash position, coordinating banking relationships, and supporting the management of financing and other financial arrangements. • Ensure completion of tax remittances, government filings, and regulatory reporting requirements while maintaining compliance with current standards. • Provide leadership and direction to the accounting team, while partnering with department leaders to improve processes and support business priorities.
