To support a growing network of midlife providers, the remote contract Indiana Licensed Menopause Provider will conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, develop treatment plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Key responsibilities Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause Assess symptoms and develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing medications Maintain timely and accurate documentation while following clinical and compliance standards Required qualifications An active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Indiana A minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including hormone therapy management Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems Solid clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits
