About the Role

As a Shift Leader, you'll help keep our studio running smoothly while creating a fun, welcoming, and beautifully organized environment. You'll lead art classes and workshops, look after daily studio operations, and make sure every guest has an amazing experience.

Our studios operate with small teams, often just one or two people per shift, so we're looking for someone who is independent, responsible, and comfortable taking charge of the studio.

- 30–40 hours/week during the school year
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) required
- Weekday evening shifts
- Full availability during school breaks is a must — including summer camps, winter break camps, and spring break camps

Starting Wage: $19 per hour

Higher starting wages may be offered based on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

- Oversee daily studio operations during your shifts
- Teach art classes, workshops, birthday parties, and holiday break camps
- Open and close the studio, ensuring everything is ready for the day
- Keep classes and activities running smoothly and on schedule
- Provide excellent guest service and handle questions or concerns
- Support and guide other team members when working together
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented studio
- Prepare materials, organize artwork, and assist with glazing and pickup procedures
- Follow studio procedures and communicate important updates to management
- Take ownership of the studio and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish
