Something exciting is coming to Moncton's North End!

Following the incredible success of Gusto Italian Grill & Bar in Downtown Moncton, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our second Gusto location on January 18, 2027, in the current Sophia & Spritz location.

With this exciting expansion comes a rare prospect for experienced hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team from the very beginning.

We are looking for passionate, polished, and experienced Servers and Bartenders who take genuine pride in their craft and want to be part of something exceptional.

THE OPPORTUNITIES

We are expanding our existing Sophia & Spritz team with:

8 EXPERIENCED SERVERS

- Minimum 5 years of full-service restaurant experience
- Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Experience in high-volume, upscale dining environments preferred

2 EXPERIENCED BARTENDERS

- Minimum 5 years of professional bartending experience
- Extensive cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge
- Confident working in a busy, high-volume restaurant bar
- A polished, engaging personality and genuine passion for hospitality

INTERVIEWS, TRAINING & OPENING

Interviews: November 2026

Our Director of Operations, Rean McKinley, and General Manager, Erin Cartier, will personally conduct interviews throughout November.

Training: Late December 2026 – Early January 2027

Successful candidates will participate in comprehensive training at our established Gusto Downtown location, working alongside our experienced team to learn the Gusto service standards, menu, beverage program, and hospitality philosophy.

Employment Start: January 2027

Grand Opening: January 18, 2027
