Duties

- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating bartending skills to craft popular cocktails and beverages.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering duties such as processing payments, giving change, and managing tabs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.




- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management, ensuring prompt service during busy hours.
- Support food safety protocols by following proper hygiene practices, food handling guidelines, and alcohol service regulations.

Experience

- Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with fast-paced environments.
- Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous for effective order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and managing tabs efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism in a lively setting.
- Hospitality experience that demonstrates excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for serving others.
