Position Details The Remote Lumi

Link Registered Nurse (RN) provides qualified telehealth support to contracted provider partners by assessing health-related concerns, delivering clinical guidance, and facilitating timely care recommendations.

Key Responsibilities Assess and triage patient health concerns, determining the appropriate level of care and intervention.

Apply clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address patient needs and provide nursing guidance.





Monitor remote patient support and monitoring systems, reviewing vital sign data and compliance alerts.

Advise the customer or their support team on actions to take for vital sign or compliance alerts.

Respond to symptom-based inquiries, injuries, and general health questions using approved clinical software, nursing protocols, and guideline resources.

Document patient interactions and recommendations accurately and in accordance with organizational standards.
