To support the All of Us research program, the part time New Mexico Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities, while also engaging with participants and coordinating with the research team in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Screen patients for eligibility, provide program overviews, and obtain informed consent Conduct daily phone outreach and manage scheduling for enrollment and retention activities Required qualifications Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
