We are looking for a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of hands-on installation experience who takes pride in their workmanship, works efficiently and understands the importance of doing the job right the first time.

The Opportunity – What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for completing quality installations in residential homes throughout the GTA and surrounding communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing residential furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps and tankless water heaters.
- Completing necessary ductwork modifications, connections and fittings to ensure proper system installation.
- Installing gas piping, venting and condensate drainage in accordance with applicable codes, standards and licensing requirements.
- Starting up and commissioning newly installed equipment.
- Verifying gas pressures, temperature rise, airflow and overall system performance.
- Ensuring all installations meet applicable safety requirements, manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment while protecting customers’ homes and property.
- Explaining newly installed equipment, basic operation and maintenance requirements to customers.
- Completing installation documentation, commissioning reports and required readings accurately and promptly.
- Identifying and communicating any installation challenges,



deficiencies or additional work requirements.

What You Bring – Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone who is technically capable, dependable and committed to delivering quality workmanship.

Required qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience, ideally across furnaces, air conditioners, boilers and heat pumps.
- Valid TSSA G2 Gas Technician licence in good standing.
- Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) certificate.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence.
- Own set of essential HVAC installation hand tools.
- Knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices, safety requirements and applicable codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team.

Assets:

- 313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic licence.
- 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic licence.
- Registered apprenticeship status in the refrigeration and air conditioning trade.
- Experience installing tankless water heaters and modern heat pump systems.
