Job Title: Center Rider Operator

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Center Rider Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a center rider pallet jack to move materials, complete order picking tasks, and support daily warehouse distribution operations. This role requires strong attention to safety, efficiency, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a center rider to move, load, and unload products throughout the warehouse
- Pick orders accurately according to pick lists, labels, or warehouse management system (WMS) instructions
- Stack, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
- Assist with replenishment, put-away, and inventory control tasks
- Perform heavy lifting as required to support warehouse operations
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any mechanical or safety issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure working environment
- Follow all safety procedures, warehouse policies,
and equipment operating guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience operating a center rider in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Familiarity with order picking, pallet building, and warehouse workflows
- Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF scanners
- Strong physical capability — able to lift heavy items and stand/walk for long periods
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order selection
- Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00 per hour
