We are seeking a part-time skilled and reliable Handy Man/Woman to join our team. Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial property, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of property to identify issues that require attention or repair.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
- Put up and take down Christmas Decorations
Experience
- Proven experience as a Handy Man/Woman or in a similar role is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and perform repairs independently.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction and maintenance work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
