Our Housekeeping Department plays an essential role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service associated with the Marriott brand.

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to support our housekeeping operations. This position may include a combination of guest room cleaning, public area maintenance, laundry operations, and housekeeping support duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Room Attendant: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens; make beds; replace linens; and replenish guest supplies.
- Houseperson: Maintain clean public areas, deliver linens and supplies, remove garbage, and assist room attendants as needed.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; operate laundry equipment safely and report damaged items..
- Assist with deep cleaning and other housekeeping duties as assigned.

General Responsibilities

- Follow hotel policies, Marriott brand standards, workplace safety procedures, and proper chemical-handling instructions.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, housepersons, laundry staff, and other hotel departments.
- Maintain productivity while ensuring quality, accuracy,



and attention to detail.
- Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous housekeeping, laundry, or cleaning experience is an asset; training may be provided to suitable candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push carts, lift laundry loads, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift.
- Reliability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and established hotel standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
