As a Barrister, you will analyze legal issues, prepare cases, and present clear, well-supported arguments. Responsibilities

- Research legislation, case law, and evidence using sources such as LexisNexis to assess relevant issues.
- Draft legal documents, opinions, submissions, and correspondence with accuracy and clarity.
- Prepare for hearings, develop case strategies, and present arguments in relevant proceedings.
- Discuss objectives and negotiate constructively with clients, opposing parties,



and legal colleagues.

Skills

Required: Strong research, writing, and legal drafting capabilities, with clear communication and sound judgment to analyze evidence, prepare arguments, and explain legal issues. Preferred: Familiarity with LexisNexis, negotiation skills, and experience applying legal research and drafting to case preparation or advocacy.

Pay: $51,400.00-$132,000.00 per hour
