We are urgently looking for several reliable, hard-working Production Associates to join our client's fast-paced manufacturing team (with several plants in the Windsor & Oldcastle area). In this role, you will operate machinery, assemble and inspect products, package goods, and maintain a clean and safe workspace. Your daily efforts will ensure they meet their production targets while upholding strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Equipment: Safely start up, run, and shut down production machinery and tools according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assemble & Package: Assemble, inspect, label, and package finished goods accurately.
- Quality Control: Monitor production lines and perform quality checks to catch and report defects or equipment issues immediately.
- Material Handling: Load raw materials onto lines, unload finished goods, and assist with palletizing and preparing orders for shipment.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all workplace health and safety protocols, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),



and keep your workstation clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to hit daily output goals and support other floor areas as needed.
- Communication & Reliability: Good verbal and written English communication skills, dependable attendance, and a team-first attitude.
- Safety Gear: Willingness to wear CSA-approved safety shoes and other required safety equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or GED is mandatory
- Experience: Previous, recent experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environment is essential
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for long shifts, and safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, often is a very warm workplace

Wage:

$18.95/hr to start
