- Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders
- Process parts sales accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels through ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking parts
- Coordinate multiple parts orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers, both in person and over the phone
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations
