Seeking a Washington Licensed Primary Care Physician for a full time remote position focused on comprehensive management of a new patient panel, conducting virtual visits for various primary care needs, and collaborating with care teams to ensure continuity of care.

Key responsibilities Conduct virtual visits addressing acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care needs Establish strong patient relationships to enhance continuity of care Collaborate with virtual care teams and supervise NP or PA colleagues as part of the care team Required qualifications Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program At least 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine Active Washington state medical license with willingness to obtain additional state licensure Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery
