Providing high-touch support for brokers, the full-time Ohio Licensed Broker Concierge Associate will manage complex pre and post enrollment issues, including member onboarding, eligibility inquiries, and service escalations in a remote workplace.
Key responsibilities: Research and resolve pre and post enrollment issues for brokers, focusing on first call resolution Collaborate with various departments to address member-related issues and broker escalations Log all broker interactions for accurate tracking and analysis while ensuring timely processing of requests Required qualifications: High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred Three years of customer service or sales support experience required Commercial insurance sales experience preferred Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Proficiency in a Windows environment and typing speed of 35 words per minute
