Program Manager – Corporate Real Estate (Contract) Location: Toronto or Winnipeg (hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in office) The Role Our client, a leading Canadian financial services firm, needs an experienced, hands-on Program Lead to deliver a portfolio of strategic real estate transformation initiatives.

You’ll coordinate multiple high-priority workstreams, executive stakeholders, and external partners from planning through delivery.

Key Responsibilities Oversee three concurrent real estate programs: an office consolidation, a business-unit relocation, and a distribution network initiative.

The portfolio covers about 40 projects ($45M) in 2027 and 25 projects ($33M) in 2028.

Provide day-to-day direction, prioritization, mentorship, and escalation support to a team of 6 Project Managers.

This role has no formal people-management responsibilities.

Maintain a single source of truth for milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers, and raise misalignments early.

Prepare executive-ready reporting and briefing materials,



and support steering committees and governance forums.

Use data, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and drive decisions.

Manage scope, schedule, and resource changes through structured change control.

Lead risk mitigation, issue resolution, and post-project lessons learned.

Qualifications 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs in corporate real estate, workplace transformation, capital projects, or a related field.

Real estate experience is mandatory. PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Lean, or an equivalent certification is preferred.

Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and financial and governance skills. A proven ability to drive results without direct authority in fast-changing environments.
