We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Call Center team.

You will handle inbound calls and assist AAA members with their insurance and membership needs.

What You'll Do: Answer calls, resolve issues, and recommend products.

Navigate multiple systems while providing personalized service.

Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Need: Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Ability to work from home with dedicated quiet space and internet.
