As a Medical Communications Officer with Emergency Medical Care Inc., you will process service requests for Nova Scotia's provincial EHS system. You may act as a call taker or dispatcher during shift operations. The work includes standardized procedures, pre-arrival instructions, and team-oriented practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process incoming emergency and non-emergency medical calls
- Dispatch appropriate resources according to established procedures
