Providing advanced heart failure care in a hybrid inpatient and outpatient setting, the full-time New York Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage patient care, develop treatment plans, and participate in overnight remote call coverage, including weekend rounding as needed.

Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests Collaborate with attending physicians to develop diagnoses and treatment plans, and assist in research data collection Engage with patients and families to provide education, support, and problem-solving throughout their care journey Required qualifications Master's degree in Nursing (MS required) Current New York State RN and Nurse Practitioner certifications Cardiology experience is highly preferred; prior CTICU or CICU nursing experience is acceptable for current graduates Ability to work in high-stress environments and make critical decisions with minimal supervision Exceptional documentation skills and professional demeanor
