Position Overview We are seeking driven, professional, and client-focused individuals to join our fully remote team.

You will work with union and association members who have requested information about their available benefits, helping them review their options and complete the enrollment process.

Responsibilities Communicate with prospective clients by phone and virtually Schedule and conduct online benefits appointments Review available programs and explain coverage options clearly Guide clients through applications and required paperwork Maintain accurate client information and follow‑up records Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive,
