Experience with ATS and recruiting/scheduling platforms Data interpretation and reporting proficiency Excellent communication and customer service skills AI literacy and application experience in recruiting Knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations Experience in high-volume hiring environments Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Prior experience supporting talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or high-volume hiring Proven track record using ATS and reporting tools Primarily onsite with a five-day workweek, Monday through Friday Strong organizational skills to maintain data integrity in ATS Willingness to support recruiting projects and onboarding initiatives We look forward to your application!
