Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
