Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed real estate agent.

Strong knowledge of residential real estate documents and transaction timelines.

Willingness to learn contracts and compliance requirements across multiple states.

Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.





Confidence using digital tools, platforms, and systems.

Proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on exceeding expectations.

Service-oriented, solution-focused mindset.
