Position Overview

- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Client Server Support Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments while ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure.
- The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, with additional exposure to Microsoft Azure and virtualization technologies being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Perform server installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-related hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, groups, permissions, and Group Policies (GPO).
- Monitor server performance, system availability, and resource utilization.
- Perform routine system health checks, backup monitoring, and recovery operations.
- Support server security, access management, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with network, security, cloud, and application teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in Windows Server configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user access management.
- Experience in server monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and performance optimization.




- Valuable understanding of IT infrastructure support and incident management processes.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Experience working with Microsoft Azure Windows environments.
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Machines and cloud-based infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies across multiple disciplines, such as:
- VMware vSphere / ESXi
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- Virtual machine provisioning and management
- Virtual infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Exposure to backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft, Azure, Windows Server, or virtualization certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
