Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary wellness team. We specialize in perinatal, pediatric and family wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. The ideal candidate will also have experience and training in providing prenatal/postpartum massage and/or pediatric massage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty massages.
- Maintain accurate client records and document treatment plans as needed.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before and after treatments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage techniques.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client care and satisfaction.
Experience
- RMT License with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential to ensure a positive client experience.
- Experience in providing perinatal and/or pediatric massage.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for building rapport with clients and understanding their needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
