Elite Clean Pro is looking for three experienced independent cleaning businesses to partner with us in Calgary. If you take pride in the details—from a spotless shower to the inside of a move-out oven—we’d love to hear from you.
You bring the cleaning expertise. We handle customer enquiries and booking coordination, with the scope and rate agreed before you accept each job.
PAY THAT REWARDS QUALITY
- $25 per person-hour base rate, with the opportunity to earn up to $30 per person-hour through a quality bonus of up to $5 per hour on eligible jobs.
- The quality bonus is based on completing the agreed cleaning checklist, punctuality and professional communication. Criteria and payment terms are agreed in writing before each eligible job.
- For teams, rates apply to each cleaner’s agreed working hours.
WORK THAT FITS YOUR AVAILABILITY
Tell us how many hours you want each week, which days you’re available and which Calgary neighbourhoods you serve. We’re growing our client base, so booking volume will vary and weekly hours are not guaranteed. You choose which offered jobs to accept.
THE WORK
- Residential, deep and move-out cleaning in Calgary homes.
- Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and the details included in each agreed scope.
- Oven, fridge and cabinet interiors when included in a move-out booking.
- Respectful care of customers’ homes, belongings and privacy.
- Prompt updates about access issues,
property concerns or anything that may affect the agreed result.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU
- Run an independent cleaning business, working solo or with a team.
- Have your own cleaning supplies, equipment and reliable transport to customer homes.
- Have paid residential or move-out cleaning experience and references who can speak to your work.
- Notice the details and take pride in leaving a home ready for its next chapter.
- Communicate professionally and keep the commitments you accept.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and know how to care for different surfaces.
HOW TO APPLY
Apply through Indeed with a short introduction. Please tell us:
1. Your business name and residential or move-out cleaning experience.
2. How many hours you would ideally like each week and your available days.
3. The Calgary areas you serve.
4. Whether you work solo or with a team.
5. What supplies, equipment and transport you have available.
6. Whether you can provide work references and details of your business insurance.
Shortlisted partners will be invited to discuss availability and a paid practical cleaning assessment, with the scope and rate agreed beforehand.
This is a contract opportunity for independent cleaning businesses. If you care about doing a job properly and making customers feel comfortable in their homes, we’d like to meet you.
