Responsibilities:

- Must be punctual and responsible for delivery on time.

- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, Flat bed experience is Plus.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or issues
- Ensure the proper loading and unloading of cargo
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Skills:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record with minimum 2 years experience of Class 1 driving.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Proficient in automotive repair and maintenance to handle minor repairs on the truck as needed

- Excellent communication skills to interact with dispatch, customers, and other drivers on the road
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the road
- Strong attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping and protected driving practices

You must have minimum 1 year class 1 driving experience.

Mostly Night Trips.

Must have chain up experience.

All trucks have Automatic Transmission, Winter Tires and Radios in all trucks for driver's safety.

All Loads are rounders and Yard to Yard from Lower Mainland to Kamloops,Kelowna, Vernon, Armstrong, Penticton, Princeton and Prince George.

Flat Rates:

Kamloops: $425

Kelowna/Penticton/Vernon/Armstrong : $475

Sicamouse switch: $500

Prince George: $750

Extra PU /Drop : $25

Chain up: $25 each trip when Chain up required.
