Job Summary

Excellent Consultancy Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Finance Data Conversion Specialist for a contract opportunity supporting Tech Mahindra and its end client, Rogers Communications.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance, financial data extraction, data conversion and migration requirements, Oracle Financials import templates, and implementation documentation.

This role requires someone who can translate business requirements into technical data conversion specifications, execute and document financial data extraction queries, coordinate with business and technical stakeholders, and deliver accurate implementation documentation within tight project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze Oracle Cloud ERP Finance data conversion and migration requirements.
- Execute and document Oracle Financial data extraction queries.
- Prepare, review, and manage Oracle ERP Finance import templates.
- Perform financial data mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation.
- Develop detailed data conversion specifications and implementation solution documents.
- Document source-to-target mappings and data migration requirements.
- Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Facilitate project discussions,



requirement reviews, and documentation sign-offs.
- Identify data discrepancies and support resolution of conversion-related issues.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance / Oracle Financials.
- Hands-on experience with financial data conversion and migration.
- Experience executing and documenting Oracle Financial data extraction queries.
- Solid understanding of Oracle ERP Finance import templates.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and financial data extraction.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.
- Ability to prepare implementation solution documents and technical specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation experience.
- Experience with financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Experience supporting enterprise ERP implementation and data migration projects.
- Strong documentation and requirements management experience.

Compensation and Engagement

- Hourly Rate: CAD $52/hour + HST
