Duties
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair options clearly, providing detailed information on recommended services and costs
- Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, repairs, and sales activities
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Proven sales ability, including upselling and promoting additional services effectively
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Familiarity with automotive parts, repair procedures, and dealership operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
