COMMISSION ONLY SALES — EMPLOYEE POSITION — OTTAWA

Mattabo Property Care is hiring commission-only salespeople in Ottawa — and we will train the right people.

Let's be explicit up front: this position is COMMISSION ONLY. No hourly wage. No base salary. You earn commission on the jobs you close. You would be a Mattabo Property Care employee — not a contractor. If you need a guaranteed paycheque, this isn't for you. If you'd like to build your own territory with training and support behind you, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'D BE SELLING:

- Mobile on-rim tire changes

- Junk removal

- Pressure washing

- Handyman & home maintenance

- General contracting & repair — drywall, patios/decks, and roofing

Most services are priced per job, with firm quotes — you sell real numbers, not estimates.

WHO THIS SUITS:

- People who enjoy talking with homeowners and building relationships

- Sales or door-to-door experience is an asset, not a requirement — we train you on the services, the pricing, and how we quote





- Self-starters — you don't need your own leads; we point you at the work

WHAT YOU GET:
