Coordinate and track AI use case implementations, which includes scheduling project overviews and ensuring IT support is integrated for successful kickoffs. Support the evaluation, setup, and maintenance of project management tools and PMO practices for the broader team. Collaborate with project leads to gather requirements, track milestones, follow up on action items, and provide regular status updates. Help structure meeting prep briefs to ensure they are concise, focused on outcomes, and capture key talking points. Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
