To support Texas first responders, the full time Reimbursement & Credentialing Specialist will manage enrollment and re-enrollment applications for various health plans, ensuring timely payment processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities Prepare enrollment and re-enrollment applications for all health plans, including Medicare and Medicaid Set up payer portals for eligibility, claim filing, claim status, and appeals Maintain provider licenses and insurance addresses while ensuring compliance with deadlines Required qualifications High school diploma 2+ years of provider enrollment experience Ability to explain the differences between EFT, ERA, EOB, and COB Knowledge of federal and state insurance laws Understanding of insurance claim processing and third-party reimbursement
