We are looking for professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Site Supervisor to join our team in Recent Westminster.

In this role, you will supervise the on-site security team, oversee daily operations, and help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and review the work of security staff on site.

Supervise assigned programs, projects, and site functions as required.

Coordinate activities with client employees, departments, and contractors.

Resolve work-related issues and submit detailed reports.

Conduct training in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, including completing training checklists and assessments.

Monitor and evaluate staff performance through report audits and patrol reviews.

Ensure proper functioning of security systems, identifying maintenance or repair needs.

Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between clients and staff.

Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.

Investigate workplace accidents, provide support to injured workers, and complete required reports.

Requirements

At least 2 years of supervisory experience

At least 3 years of security experienceA valid BC Security Licence

Certified in Occupational First Aid Level 1/Basic Level First Aid

High school diploma required (Post-secondary education preferred)Additional relevant certifications in supervision or personnel management are an asset

Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, and occasional lifting.

May work independently or in a team.
