To enhance pharmaceutical care and promote cost-effective utilization, the full time California Licensed Pharmacy Manager will develop, implement, and administer clinical pharmacy programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities Directs clinical pharmacy activities to improve quality and cost-effectiveness of pharmaceutical care Develops and maintains clinical pharmacy programs, including quality assurance and formulary management Coordinates with cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive implementation of clinical programs Required qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution 1-3 years of clinical pharmacy experience, including formulary development and drug utilization review 4 years of progressively responsible positions within managed care pharmacy, with at least 2 years in a management role Current, valid, and unrestricted state Registered Pharmacist License for assigned region(s) Public speaking experience
