WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor of Education Degree and Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for)Knowledge of structured literacy and numeracy programming and research supported/evidence-based teaching practices Experience following an instructional scope and sequence and systematic teaching

Experience providing, creating and implementing individualized programming for At Risk students and students with special needs Knowledge and experience with the Confident Learners Program through The Learning BarA robust background in formative assessment and data-driven instruction

Knowledge and implementation of cooperative learning/small group instruction
