Create and activate utility codes and manage user access across platforms.

Service tickets and train onsite teams on vendor systems.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with vendor or customer-facing roles.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
