Key responsibilities: Assist customers by providing information about products and services during inbound calls Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience Participate in 13 weeks of paid virtual training to develop skills in technology, banking, and leadership Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Must reside within 90 miles of a Nevada location Experience in customer service or banking is preferred Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and strong keyboarding skills Passion for serving others and a commitment to continuous learning
