We are looking for dependable and hardworking Production Labourers / General Production Workers to join our team at our tire recycling and rubber manufacturing facility. Positions are available for both day and night shifts.

This is a hands-on production role supporting the day-to-day operation of the facility, including material handling, production activities, housekeeping, equipment support, and general labour duties. Previous tire recycling or manufacturing experience is not required, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general production and labour duties throughout the facility.
- Support the processing and production of recycled rubber products.
- Operate production equipment and machinery after receiving appropriate training.
- Load, unload, move, sort, and handle tires, rubber materials, finished products, and other production materials.
- Monitor production equipment and promptly report operational or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with basic equipment cleaning, clearing, and routine production-related tasks.
- Package, prepare, and move finished products as required.
- Maintain clean and organized production and work areas.
- Perform general housekeeping, including sweeping, cleaning, and removing production debris.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work cooperatively with production, maintenance, and supervisory teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Complete basic production records and documentation as required.
- Perform other general production and facility duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, construction,



warehousing, general labour, or a similar industrial environment is an asset but not required.
- Ability and willingness to perform physical and hands-on work in an industrial setting.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining regular attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and receive training.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality.
- Ability to work day or night shifts, depending on the position and operational requirements.
