On behalf of our Durham Region client, a commercial roofing company, we’re seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join their roofing crews. They specialize in industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) flat roofing throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their workmanship, prioritize safety, and are interested in building a long-term career in the roofing industry with a long-standing reputable company.
Experience and qualifications
- Hot-Applied Asphalt Systems – including hot asphalt mopping and built-up roofing
- Modified Bitumen Systems – torch-applied, hot-applied, and cold-applied applications
- TPO Roofing Systems – mechanically fastened and fully adhered
- EPDM Roofing Systems – mechanically fastened and fully adhered
- PVC Roofing Systems – mechanically fastened and fully adhered
· 5 years of experience with commercial flat roofing installation, repairs, tear-offs, insulation, and related roofing materials
· Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a production crew
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of performing roofing-related duties, including lifting materials and working at heights
- Valid Working at Heights (WAH), WHMIS, and Worker Health and Safety Awareness training preferred
Compensation
· $40-$46 hr

Expected hours: 37.5 – 44.0 per week
