We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Yard Supervisor to lead our yard team and oversee the daily operations of our materials and equipment yard. In this role, you will be responsible for managing yard staff and maintaining full accountability for all incoming, outgoing, and stored materials and equipment, including formwork, shoring, scaffolding, tools, and rental equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the yard operates safely, efficiently, and in an organized manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Glenform yard, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and support yard staff to maintain productivity, organization, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure accurate, up-to-date stock counts.
- Inspect and document any damage to incoming and outgoing materials.
- Coordinate and process returns to job sites and rental suppliers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and secure yard, including material layout, housekeeping, equipment upkeep, and general maintenance.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on yard activities, inventory counts, and any issues requiring attention.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in construction, yard operations, or materials handling.
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team.
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials, with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work workplace.
- Forklift or telehandler experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$92,700.00 per year
