About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to oversee individualized ABA services, collaborate with families and supervise Instructor Therapists.

This flexible, part time contract opportunity offers a small initial caseload, with potential to expand based on your availability, preferences and client demand. Most ongoing supervision can be conducted remotely, with in-person attendance for assessments, initial service planning and supervision when clinically needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programming.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Instructor Therapists, remotely and in person as needed.
- Review client data, monitor progress and adjust programming based on clinical findings.
- Collaborate with caregivers to support implementation and generalization of strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold applicable professional, ethical and privacy standards.

Qualifications

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) as a Registered Behaviour Analyst.




- Experience providing ABA services to children, including assessment, treatment planning and clinical supervision.
- Experience with ABA services in home-based settings is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization and documentation skills.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain appropriate qualified liability insurance coverage for services provided through Everwood before beginning clinical work, if not already covered.

Location

The role involves primarily remote clinical supervision, with in-person attendance as needed. Potential service areas include Owen Sound, Port Elgin, Kincardine, Southampton, Walkerton, Meaford and surrounding communities.

Candidates may be based elsewhere in Ontario, provided they can attend in-person appointments within an agreed service area. Travel requirements will depend on client location and clinical needs.
