· Donor Stewardship: Coordinate stewardship and recognition activities, including acknowledgements, donor surveys, and impact reporting.

· Fundraising Support: Support major and planned giving, annual giving, and events such as the Walk for Alzheimer’s and Gala.

· Administration: Provide administrative support to the team,

including mail and backup reception coverage, and recommend improvements to workflows and systems.

Qualifications

· Post-secondary education and/or one or more years of experience in fundraising, non-profit, or administrative work.

· Experience working with databases (eTapestry or a similar CRM) is required.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.

· Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Conditions of Employment
