Bryan’s Fuel is currently seeking a Master Electrician. The Electrician is responsible for performing residential and light commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance related to HVAC systems, generators, and general electrical services. This role includes the installation of whole-home generators, electrical service upgrades, panel replacements, permit compliance, and HVAC-related electrical work. The successful candidate will also assist HVAC installation teams as required to support efficient project completion and exceptional customer service. This position will report to the Installation Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Install, wire, and commission whole-home standby generators, including transfer switches, electrical connections, and system testing.

· Complete all required electrical permits, inspections, and documentation in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

· Perform electrical service upgrades and panel replacements.

· Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems associated with residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

· Complete HVAC equipment wiring, including circuits exceeding 30 amps.

· Install and connect disconnects, breakers, controls, thermostats, communication wiring, and related HVAC electrical components.

· Diagnose and resolve electrical issues affecting HVAC system performance.

· Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and company safety standards.





· Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and required documentation.

· Assist HVAC installation and service teams with equipment installation, startup, and related support tasks as required.

· Support general HVAC helper duties, including equipment handling, material preparation, site cleanup, and installation assistance.

· Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain industry certifications and technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

· Must hold a current valid 309A Electrician License

· Experience with standby generators, transfer switches, service upgrades, and panel replacements is considered an asset.

· Knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and applicable regulations.

· Must have strong time management skills with an emphasis on meeting deadlines

· Ability to work well both alone and as part of a team

· Drive to solve problems effectively

· Physically capable of performing the duties of the position in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments and weather conditions.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
