We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our ongoing projects in New Brunswick. This key role involves supervising construction activities, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining project timelines to support our company's growth and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure project specifications are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards.
- Read blueprints to guide construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in construction projects.
- Excellent understanding of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage time effectively.
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail.
