Job Description Experienced Field Welder Location: Rocky Mountain House, Alberta Schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off | 8–10 hour shifts Position Overview: Pidherney’s Inc. is currently seeking an Experienced Field Welder to join our maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding, fabrication, and repairs on heavy equipment in the field, helping maintain equipment reliability and minimize operational downtime.

We are looking for a skilled, safety-conscious individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively with our maintenance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities: Perform field welding, fabrication, and structural repairs on heavy equipment.

Complete preventative maintenance and emergency equipment repairs.

Diagnose welding-related issues and determine effective repair solutions.

Collaborate with maintenance crews to minimize equipment downtime.





Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean, organized work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements: Previous experience in field welding and heavy equipment repair.

Valid First Aid and H2S certifications.

Strong knowledge of welding techniques, fabrication, and repair procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Availability to work a 10/4 shift rotation with 8–10 hour workdays.
