Addison Group has partnered with a healthcare operating organization looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team.

This role will participate in month-end close process including review and analysis of underlying financials.

Participate in month-end close process including review and analysis of underlying financials

Review monthly financial for completeness and accuracy

Preparing and reviewing ad-hoc internal and external financial reporting and analysis

Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members

Coordinate timely preparation and review of month-end balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting

Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning process

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual result with plans and forecasts

Aid in the completion of the partnership tax return and partner K1 preparation

Collaborate with outside audit, working closely with independent accounting firm and providing all requested deliverables

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting

Public accounting experience preferredCPA preferred
