Field Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Commercial Janitorial Services | Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and secure contracts for commercial janitorial services throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

This is a commission-based role ideal for a self-starter who is confident in prospecting recent clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new sales leads throughout the GTA
- Prospect property managers, condominium corporations, office buildings, commercial properties, and other potential clients
- Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits
- Prepare and present service proposals
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Negotiate and close new contracts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

- Must reside within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are considered an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel throughout the GTA




- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an energetic and driven sales professional with experience in business development, lead generation, and closing new accounts. Experience selling services to commercial clients, property managers, condominium corporations, or facility managers is considered an asset.
